A new trailer for Good Burger 2 sees Kenan Thompson’s Dex and Kel Mitchell’s Ed embarking on their next big adventure.
Paramount+ released a new trailer for Good Burger 2, which arrives on the streaming service in November 2023. The footage follows Dex and Ed as they find themselves stuck in a sticky situation after their restaurant is bought out by a corporate entity run by Jillian Bell.

What is Good Burger 2 about?
“Dexter Reed is down on his luck after another one of his inventions fails,” the synopsis reads. “Ed welcomes Dex back to Good Burger with open arms and gives him his old job back. With a new crew working at Good Burger, Dex devises a plan to get back on his feet but unfortunately puts the fate of Good Burger at risk once again.”
The upcoming movie is directed by All About Steve’s Phil Traill. The screenplay comes from Kevin Kopelow, Heath Seifert, and James III, while Shauna Phelan and Zack Olin serve as producers.
Joining Thompson, Mitchell, and Bell, in Good Burger 2 are Lil Rel Howery, Josh Server, Lori Beth Denberg, Alex R. Hibbert, Kamaia Fairburn, Fabrizio Guido, Elizabeth Hinkler, Emily Hinkler, Anabel Graetz, and Carmen Electra.
Good Burger 2 serves as a sequel to 1997’s Good Burger, which was directed by Brian Robbins. The original movie was based on a recurring comedy sketch of the same name that was featured in Nickelodeon’s All That. Good Burger received mixed reviews from critics when it hit theaters and only made $23.7 million at the worldwide box office; however, it also only had a budget of $8.5 million and has since developed a cult following since its initial release.
Good Burger 2 releases on Paramount+ on November 22, 2023.
